Flat Roofs
MB currently has no flat roof division of its own. However, should you require a flat roof (in Traditional Felt or Glass Reinforced Plastic -GRP), as part of a larger overall contract in another of our roofing service areas, we use a reputable third party at competitive rates. Otherwise we would advise you to directly approach a Flat Roof Specialist.

Roof Surveys
We can inspect and supply a detailed breakdown of the current overall condition of your roof structure and roof coverings, advising on any works that may be in need of doing in the near future. Whilst we generally offer free no obligation advice and quotations, if you require a roof survey on a property you are looking to buy, but are yet to exchange contracts, we have a standard fee for this service of £80 (Fee maybe increased depending on property size). This would however become fully refundable on acceptance of any work you decide to proceed with that we subsequently carry out.
